Kandy

Kandy rests gently within a bowl of forested hills, wrapped around a quiet lake that reflects temple roofs and drifting clouds. Unlike Colombo’s coastal energy, Kandy moves at a slower, ceremonial pace. Founded in the 14th century and later becoming the last royal capital of Sri Lanka, it carries deep cultural and spiritual significance.
